Professional service

professional service means —

1. a hospital service, medical service, ambulance service, nursing service, accident rescue service, personal and household service or occupational rehabilitation service or
2. legal services provided by a legal practitioner or
3. a service, provision of goods or any other matter referred to in Division 2B of Part IV in relation to the costs of which a liability arises or may arise, under that Division
